Embla is a positive mare with a lovable personality, willingness slightly above average, and endless tölt. She is evaluated with 8.5 for tölt, walk, proportions, form under rider, spirit and generel impression as well as 9 for neck/withers/shoulder – giving her a total of 7.97 as a four-gaiter. In addition to being a beautiful and sporty type, she stands out for being very attentive to the rider’s signals, and she is completely steady in traffic, around dogs, flying umbrellas, and the like. She always stays with her rider and has experienced just about everything – competitions, multi-day rides, hand horse work, challenging terrain – and she always tackles every task with enthusiasm and loyalty. Embla has clearly separated gaits that are easy to ride, and for the past few years she has been ridden by a junior rider, both on trails and in competitions. She would be well-suited for competitions, gæðingakeppni, and pleasure riding, and she will thrive with a new best friend who enjoys grooming and giving her attention – which she absolutely loves. She has received good results with both junior and senior riders, including a score of 8.142 in GDB.
