Lovely young mare with a fantastic pedigree, pregnant with the fantastic stallion Solon f Þúfum. Luna is one of the few offsprings in Europe from Óskar fra Breiðstöðum. Oskar is the well know 4 gaited stallion who won many championships in Iceland in T2 and 4.1. He also participated in the WC2023. Lunas mother is a beautiful splash mare Sif fra Solheimatungu (5 gaited) after the splash stallion Glotti fra Sveinatungu (FIZO 8.64). Luna herself also carries the splash gene – she has interesting markings in the head, one blue eye and 3 white socks. I have not measured her recently but estimates her to be around 138 cm and still growing. Her parents are tall (sire 145 cm, dam 143). Luna is easy going and learns fast. She is calm and curious and will with more training be a great partner for a wide range of riders. Luna is pregnant with Solon f Þufum (Fizo 9.11 in ridden abilities, total 8.9) who is landsmot A Flok participant and an outstanding sports horse. Lunas foal is expected late May 2026.
