Kvistur is a tall, elegant and exceptionally beautiful gelding with an uphill conformation and a long impressive double mane. He has a truly special temperament: gentle, affectionate, willing to learn and trusting. He is confident and remains calm in traffic and unfamiliar situations – both alone and with other horses. He feels much more mature than his age. He is forward-going and positive, yet always easy to stop. He responds to the lightest aids and never stressed. Kvistur is uncomplicated to ride, naturally well-balanced and has four good, clearly separated gaits. His tölt is clearbeatet, and already as a five-year-old he showed great potential on a loose rein. Kvistur has the potential to become a successful competition horse for an adult, young rider or junior. At the same time, he would make an exceptional luxury leisure horse who delivers an enjoyable ride every time. Both parents are first-class assessed, with 9 for tölt, 9 for form under rider, and 9 for spirit and temperament. His sire also has a 9 for pace, while his granddam received an impressive 9.02 for conformation. Kvistur was bred and raised by us.
