Description

Leira is a large, beautiful 2-year-old palomino filly (born 2023) of the sporty type, showing good, expressive movements and natural willingness. When she was weaned as a yearling, she completed our young horse handling program. This includes daily handling, grooming, wearing a halter, standing in a box, being led, and being caught in the field. Since then, she has enjoyed growing up as a young horse on a big pasture in a mixed herd. She happily comes to us when we visit the herd and follows me around the field. Leira is a promising filly with good willingness and strong leg action. We believe she has the potential to become a competition horse or a luxurious riding horse after training. Leira is located in Iceland, where she thrives in the open landscape and is used to varied nature and weather conditions. Transport to other countries can be arranged by agreement.
