UNDRA EVENT ICELAND: Trip and tickets
The time has come: ticket sales for the UNDRA EVENT in Iceland from October 12th – 13th, 2024 begin! Together with Barla-Catrina Isenbügel, Svisshólar, we welcome Icelandic horse enthusiasts from all over the world to the homeland of our beloved horses.
What awaits you?
A weekend full of horse shows in the form of commented training sessions from Iceland’s best riders and trainers, educational lectures about Icelandic horse breeding and the country with its traditions and sights, as well as an exciting sales horse show! You can also stroll through the exhibitor area with information on horse riding tours, horse breeders, horse export, attractions and more. And, of course, you can also expect a shopping mile with traditional Icelandic clothing such as wool sweaters or the latest trends for our Icelandic horses.
You can look forward to a great program with an “Icelandic Evening” on Saturday, October 12, 2024, with traditional food, cultural specialties and lots of fun!
There is something for everyone: experience Iceland for the first time, fall in love with a new horse or meet your idols and friends! We are looking forward to October in 2024.

We can even offer tours to Iceland for groups or individuals around our event, from €950 per person!
For example, you can arrive on Thursday, October 10, 2024, spend the evening in Icelandic flair, do sightseeing activities on Friday and get to know the south of Iceland. On Saturday and Sunday you can visit the UNDRA EVENT, experience exciting shows, meet other Icelandic horse friends, shop, and in the evening sit together and experience Icelandic culture. On Monday you can take a ride on real Icelandic horses through the country’s nature and then you can fly back on Tuesday.

A land of fire and ice, with more sheep than inhabitants, characterized by a unique nature! This is just a brief description of such a diverse country. While a volcano may erupt on one side of the country, you can hike a glacier, admire the Northern Lights, or take a bath in a hot spring on the other side of the country - at the same time.
This not only speaks for diversity, but also for spontaneity, which is also reflected in the changeable weather in Iceland. A popular Icelandic saying is "If you do not like the current weather, just wait for five minutes".
In contrast to this inconsistency, one thing is constant and that is the enthusiasm for Icelandic horses! The Vikings brought horses to the island in the 9th century.
