Dugur is a very harmoniously built, strong and powerful young stallion. His father is the 2016 Landsmót winner Organisti frá Horni I (8,94 rideability) who recieved 1. Price for offspring on Landsmót 2023. Dugurs mother a 2. price mare (shown 4gaited) with very good mind and endless tölt as well as 1. price confirmatiom including 9,0 for neck. Dugur shows himself very promising under the saddle, all 5 gaits are open and very well separated and clear beated. Especially his supple tölt with very good speed range and elegant looks and strong bloodline make this stallion interesting for breeding. What gives Dugur the X-Factor are his elasticity, softness and suspension in all gaits as well as his spiritedness of a true Icelandic Gæðingur. Dugurs first offspring will be born this year and the plan is to show him in breeding show in summer.
